Abstract

The article analyzes the possibility of developing sea tourism in the Far East of Russia. The aim of the work is to define scientific and practical methods for the formation and sale of sea tourist routes on the territory of the Russian Far East within the framework of the tourist brand “The Eastern Ring of Russia”. The methodical basis of the work is a transboundary approach to the formation of international sea tourist routes, the methods of system analysis, analogy, and modeling were used in the work. The work reveals the market trends in the development of the marine tourism business, the prerequisites for the creation of the tourist brand “The Eastern Ring of Russia”, regional tourist brands are systematized within the “Eastern Ring of Russia” transboundary route, the role and place of maritime tourism in the structure of the cross-border route. The article presents a model of interregional cross-border cooperation in the Far East of Russia. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the tourism market of sea cruises in the Far East region, the reasons for the inefficient use of the potential for cooperation within the framework of the project “The Eastern Ring of Russia” have been established. The scientific novelty of the work is the model for the development of a logical scheme for the formation of sea cruise routes within the tourist brand, including the integration of the regions included in the transboundary route, the creation of a single cruise logistics, global international partnership, the formation of an effective economy of ship calls, the development of cruise infrastructure, balanced logistics of ground handling cruise tourists. Practical significance of the work is to develop sea cruise routes “Eastern Ring of Russia” and practical recommendations on the formation of technologies for ground handling of sea cruise tourists by the example of the Free Port of Vladivostok.
